1. Statement

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the "User") and PinJoy (the "Platform") governing the use of PinJoy services (mobile app, website, related features and content). By accessing or using PinJoy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may revise Terms; updates will be announced on the website.

2. Definitions

• User: any individual or entity accessing or using PinJoy.
• Platform: PinJoy game task platform operator.
• Account: unique identifier registered by the User to access services.
• Rewards: virtual earnings obtained via tasks/games, redeemable as vouchers or cash.
• Tasks: earnings opportunities, including game experiences and specified actions; some rely on third parties.
• Cheating: behavior violating fairness: cheat tools, multi‑accounts, falsified records, device spoofing, etc.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• Services are for users aged 13+ with appropriate capacity.
• Provide accurate, current registration information and update when changed.
• You are responsible for credentials’ confidentiality and all actions under your account. Report suspected compromise immediately.

4. Use Rules

• Comply with laws and these Terms; do not use services for illegal activities.
• Do not interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer, or tamper with platform programs.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious code or viruses.
• Do not impersonate others or steal accounts.

5. Tasks & Rewards

(1) Tasks

• Complete casual game tasks and high‑value tasks to earn rewards.
• Some tasks depend on third parties and may have ~5% delayed confirmation. Submit a ticket; after verification, rewards will be issued.
• Tasks may be adjusted or discontinued due to partner policy changes. We aim to notify users in advance.

(2) Rewards

• Rewards increase with higher levels and daily caps.
• Redeem rewards for vouchers or cash once minimum thresholds are met.
• Reward rules may change based on partner policies or market conditions; updates are announced on the platform.
• Redemption processing follows agreed timelines; delays caused by payment providers or banks are not additional liabilities of the Platform, though we will assist.

6. Cheating & Violations

(1) Prohibited

• Cheat tools, scripts, bots, or automation to complete tasks or earn rewards.
• Multiple account registrations to obtain duplicate rewards.
• Falsifying completion records or malicious reward farming.
• Manipulating device information or installations to evade detection.

(2) Measures

• Warnings via platform messages.
• Confiscation of illicit rewards.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent termination and forfeiture of unredeemed rewards.
• Legal action if losses occur.

7. Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for force majeure, third‑party failures (e.g., task systems, payment systems), or user device issues; we will assist in resolution.
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate services for business adjustments; we will announce changes in advance when possible.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal or business needs. We will announce updates and adjust the last updated date. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Termination & Deletion

• You may request account deletion; all related data and unredeemed rewards become unrecoverable.
• For violating Terms, we may suspend or terminate accounts without refund of unused rewards (unless required by law).
• After termination, stop using the services and do not access them in any way.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, claims may be brought to a competent court in the Platform operator’s location.

11. Withdrawal Policy & Mechanism

(1) Incentive System Principles

PinJoy is committed to building a fair and transparent incentive ecosystem:

• Base Incentives: Basic rewards obtained by users for completing specified in-app tasks (e.g., game trials, ad interactions).
• Pre-paid Nature: To encourage early user participation, the Platform may issue some extra rewards in advance (i.e., "Pre-paid Rewards") before settlement standards are met.
• Withdrawal Rule: Pre-paid rewards can only be withdrawn after the user's Contribution Value reaches the advertiser's settlement standard.

(2) Value Balance Explanation

The system will calculate the match between the user's Contribution Value and the advertiser's settlement amount in real-time.

• When Cumulative Contribution Value < Platform Pre-paid Amount, the withdrawal function remains locked.
• When Cumulative Contribution Value ≥ Platform Pre-paid Amount, the withdrawal function automatically unlocks.

(3) Withdrawal Threshold Standards

To ensure healthy platform operations, users must meet the following 5 core metrics to initiate a withdrawal:

(4) How to Fast Track Withdrawal Conditions

• Boost Check-ins: Set daily reminders to log in and check in during fragmented time.
• Rank Up: Participate in daily limited-time challenges to earn double points and improve ranking quickly.
• Ad Tasks: Watch rewarded videos during game breaks to earn items and accumulate view counts.
• Game Master: Prioritize game tasks labeled "Quick Completion" to accumulate task volume in bulk.
• Ticket Collection: Participate in lucky wheel spins or invite friends to get a large number of extra tickets.
