Delete Account Request

Submit a request to delete your PinJoy account. This page performs pre‑submission validation and logs the action. Final confirmation is completed inside the PinJoy app.

Process Overview

  1. Fill in your email and User ID below, then press Confirm.
  2. Enter the confirmation word in the dialog: DELETE
  3. Open the PinJoy app and finish the final confirmation in‑app.

Important: Account deletion is irreversible once completed in the app.

Request Details

All fields are required. We will verify your email format and User ID consistency.

To undo a request: within the allowed time window, contact support with your Request ID and ask to cancel the deletion. If already confirmed inside the app, deletion cannot be undone.
